PE-backed finance leaders operate under the pressure of investors who expect diligence-ready numbers at any moment. But mid-market data complexity, scattered across ERPs, CRMs, billing systems, and more, makes that nearly impossible.
We've lived it. FinQore gives PE-backed finance leaders investor-grade intelligence that holds up every day, not just at diligence. Not as a one-time deliverable. As a continuous capability.
In 2015, Vipul Shah called Jim O'Neill with a problem he'd seen firsthand in private equity.
When a PE firm invests in a company, it brings an army of analysts producing rigorous financial intelligence. But that rigor disappears the moment the deal closes — leaving portfolio company CFOs to operate without it.
The traditional fix was expensive, episodic consulting to get numbers diligence-ready. Investor-grade intelligence as a one-time event, not a continuous capability.
We know how high the stakes are for PE-backed CFOs. FinQore exists to take responsibility for the financial data behind their most important decisions and make sure it holds up when it matters most.
- Vipul Shah, CFO & Co-Founder
Jim had spent a decade in software watching companies fail to solve problems like this.
Not because the technology wasn't there, but because the industry had convinced itself that services and software had to stay separate.
FinQore was built on the belief that services and software are the only way to close the gap. Finally, every PE-backed CFO has continuous access to the kind of financial intelligence that, until now, only existed inside the firms that funded them.
Every business is kind of a snowflake in how they calculate ARR and their key metrics. And honestly, there are miles of translation between GAAP and non-GAAP. That's why we're bringing a consulting approach to what is really a unique data problem.
- Jim O'Neill, CTO & Co-Founder
Most software makes you choose between a product that scales and a service that actually works. FinQore is built to deliver both and support the complexity of PE-backed businesses.
Trusted data. Faster decisions. Peace of mind.
